About the role

We are looking for an energetic Store Manager to lead our Dealz retail outlet. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and fostering a motivated team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, support and motivate the entire store team to achieve sales targets.
• Organise daily work for yourself and the team, ensuring efficient operations.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service.
• Continuously analyse sales data and produce performance reports.
• Handle non‑standard situations with effective problem‑solving.
• Collaborate closely with the regional manager.
• Recruit, onboard and train new employees.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Minimum two years of experience managing a team.
• Positive attitude and motivation to tackle daily challenges.
• Proven experience in a similar role (manager or deputy manager) for at least two years.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
