About the role

ProCredit Bank is looking for a dedicated Business Advisor to manage the micro‑client segment at its Korçë branch. The role involves building long‑term relationships with new and existing business customers, developing the portfolio and supporting credit and other banking services.

Key responsibilities

• Present the bank’s products and services to new and existing clients, aiming to establish lasting relationships.
• Organise and conduct meetings with prospective clients and analyse portfolio performance regularly.
• Prepare proposals for the business committee and follow up on decisions for all portfolio clients.
• Maintain and grow a high‑quality credit exposure portfolio while actively participating in business committee discussions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Advisor in the banking sector.
• Strong understanding of small‑ and medium‑enterprise banking practices.
• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication skills in Albanian and a very good command of English.

Required skills

• Financial statement analysis and preparation.
• Data collection, processing and report generation.
