Junior Recruitment Consultant (German) – Full‑time/Part‑time

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruitment Consultant fluent in German and English to join our team in Tirana. If you enjoy a dynamic environment, learning new skills, and helping clients find the right talent, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities

• Use sales and networking techniques to attract candidates for client vacancies.
• Develop an understanding of clients' industries, cultures, and work environments.
• Headhunt and approach candidates already employed in relevant roles.
• Match candidates from databases to client requirements.
• Brief candidates on client details, role responsibilities, salary, and benefits.
• Prepare CVs and related application paperwork.
• Coordinate interviews and provide post‑interview feedback.
• Negotiate salary rates and finalize start dates.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong decision‑making ability and attention to detail.
