About the role
The company is looking for a Construction Engineer to manage the execution phase of building projects. The role involves ensuring that all technical and legal documentation is valid, coordinating daily work plans, and monitoring subcontractors to guarantee compliance with project specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Review technical‑legal documentation and verify its validity against approved checklists.
- Assess execution projects, preventive plans and technical specifications, noting any deficiencies.
- Develop and present daily, weekly and monthly work plans for discussion and approval.
- Apply construction methodology, recommend optimal options, and monitor progress of subcontractors and work groups.
- Ensure that all works are carried out in line with execution projects, preventive plans, technical specifications and standards.
Required profile
- University degree in Construction Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of basic construction programs and AutoCAD.
