About the role

The company is looking for an Electronic Engineer to design, develop, evaluate, adapt, install and maintain electronic systems and components used in communication, transport and other industrial applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, inspect, test and update electronic circuits, devices and related software.
• Coordinate with other engineers, professionals and clients to ensure projects meet deadlines, specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure all equipment complies with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor existing processes, propose improvements and develop effective maintenance, testing and quality‑control procedures.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance manuals and present the company at conferences and fairs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 3–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience preparing technical reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Electronic circuit design and system integration.
• Installation, testing and validation of electronic equipment.
• Programming of electronic systems.
• Knowledge of IPC standards and quality‑management systems.
