About the role

The Electrical Engineer (Zbatim) will supervise the execution of electrical works from the design phase through final commissioning. This full‑time position is based at the MAK Albania Hotel site in Tirana and involves close coordination with subcontractors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor progress of electrical works through all phases up to final hand‑over.
• Plan, organize and supervise electrical subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Review and prepare cost estimates for electrical installations, including total preventive budgeting.
• Coordinate activities among various subcontractor groups.
• Develop and track the electrical work schedule in line with the overall project timeline.
• Prepare and control monthly progress reports, measurement books, and as‑built drawings.
• Oversee periodic maintenance of electrical systems during the operational phase.
• Compile and coordinate maintenance manuals for electrical installations.
• Participate in drafting and implementing technical safety regulations related to electrical works.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient user of AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of basic computer applications, especially Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
