Graphic Designer

About the role

Tribal Worldwide Albania is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to translate approved creative directions into a variety of visual formats. The role is open to mid‑level and senior designers with at least five years of agency experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media content and digital advertising for multiple platforms.
• Adapt existing campaigns while preserving visual identity, hierarchy, and creative intent.
• Create event graphics, branding applications, print layouts and production artwork.
• Develop original visual concepts when directed by the Creative Director.
• Incorporate feedback, verify final artwork, and maintain organized, editable files.
• Manage deadlines, flag missing information or delivery risks early.
• Communicate technical matters with clients when requested and authorised.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating individual contribution and relevant work.
• Native‑level Albanian and professional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Professional command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong typography, composition, layout and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow creative direction and deliver accurate adaptations.
• Experience with AI tools such as OpenAI image generation or Nano Banana (optional but welcomed).
• Familiarity with Figma and basic 3D concepts (advantageous).
