About the role
We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Care Specialist to join our telecom client’s consumer support team. The position involves handling inbound phone calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and providing solutions in French.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phone calls from consumer customers of a telecom operator.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues in French.
- Follow the campaign schedule, which runs Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 22:00.
- Adapt to part‑time or full‑time shifts of 4, 6, or 8 hours per day.
Required profile
- Fluent French language skills (spoken and written).
- Reside within the territory of Albania.
- Available for flexible working hours and immediate start.
