Finance Specialist

About the role

Smart Home Albania is looking for a Finance Specialist to manage the daily financial operations of its showroom. The role combines financial processing, cash handling, and direct interaction with customers, ensuring accurate invoicing and payment recording.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control daily financial activities of the showroom.
• Administer cash transactions and ensure accuracy of cash receipts and payments.
• Issue, verify, and manage sales invoices.
• Track purchase invoices and related financial documentation.
• Perform periodic reconciliations of cash, bank statements, invoices, and customer payments.
• Monitor receivable and payable accounts according to company procedures.
• Calculate and verify costs of imported goods, including import, transport, and customs documentation.
• Identify and report discrepancies in invoicing, payments, or documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, purchasing, and project teams to align processes.
• Provide management with financial data and reports as needed.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance or operational accounting.
• Practical experience with invoicing, VAT, cost tracking, reconciliations, and cash management.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and fiscal documentation.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity in handling monetary information.
