Finance & Accounting Associate – AP/AR Specialist

About the role

This position supports a US‑based industrial machinery manufacturer in managing its financial operations. The role focuses on accounts payable and receivable, month‑end closing, and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Process, record, and reconcile invoices and payments.
• Monitor client cash balances and account statements.
• Assist with monthly closing activities and accounting reconciliations.
• Support financial reporting and junior controller tasks.
• Utilize the company’s ERP system for all financial processes.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in AP/AR or general accounting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Hands‑on experience with an ERP system (e.g., Genius ERP, QuickBooks, NetSuite or similar).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent command of English.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
