About the role
Hotel Splendor, part of Splendor Group, is looking for an experienced in‑house economist to manage the group’s finances across hotel, bar, restaurant and construction operations.
Key responsibilities
- Bookkeeping and preparation of tax declarations
- Managing cash, bank, supplier accounts and inventory
- Cost control for the bar, restaurant and construction sites
- Payroll and monthly reporting to management
Required profile
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- At least 3 years of experience in the hospitality sector (hotel, bar/club, restaurant) and in construction
- Very good knowledge of Albanian tax legislation and accounting standards
- Experience with financial software and Excel
- Accuracy, integrity and the ability to work independently
