eCommerce Specialist Internship

About the role

Shero Commerce, a Shopify Premier Partner agency, is offering a two‑month, on‑site internship for students or recent graduates who want to start a career in eCommerce technology. You will work on live client projects alongside project managers, developers, QA engineers, and solution architects, with a dedicated mentor guiding you through the process.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the full Shopify project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing and launch.
• Write and execute test cases, log defects, and verify fixes.
• Translate client requirements into clear acceptance criteria.
• Review implemented pages against design mock‑ups and flag mismatches.
• Use Jira, BugHerd, Figma, and Shopify admin on a daily basis to manage tasks and track progress.

Required profile

• Highly detail‑oriented and able to spot issues that others miss.
• Strong written and spoken English, as clients are based in the US.
• Analytical mindset capable of breaking vague problems into ordered steps.
• Curiosity about eCommerce and web technology; no coding background required.
• Student or recent graduate, available full‑time (9 AM‑1 PM, Monday‑Friday) for the two‑month period.
• Willingness to consider a full‑time role in Tirana after the internship.
