Corporate Lawyer

About the role

Growin Group is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support and protection for the company. The role works directly with senior management and key departments, ensuring legal compliance across all business activities. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Tirana.

Key responsibilities

• Provide continuous legal advice to the company and its executives.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, employment agreements, and third‑party arrangements.
• Manage labor law matters and employee relations issues.
• Develop and verify internal regulations, procedures, and documentation.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks before they become problems.
• Represent the company before competent authorities and courts.
• Support dispute resolution, claims, and litigation processes.
• Monitor legislative changes affecting the business and ensure ongoing compliance.

Required profile

• University degree in Law.
• Minimum 10 years of documented professional experience.
• Proven experience working with companies that have more than 100 employees.
• Strong knowledge of labor and commercial legislation.
• Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Ability to identify and prevent legal risks proactively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision‑making skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional responsibility.
