Conversion & Retention Agent – English Desk (Tirana)

About the role

We are looking for motivated English‑speaking Conversion & Retention Agents to join our fast‑growing FX operation in Tirana. In this role you will engage existing clients, encourage further trading activity, and help retain valuable customers in a dynamic, target‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing FX clients via phone or chat to promote additional trading opportunities.
• Identify client needs, address objections, and close sales to meet or exceed daily targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to share best practices and improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year proven experience in the FX or financial services industry.
• Previous experience as a Conversion Agent or Retention Agent is essential.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
