Consultant - International Public Advisory (Albania)

About the role

Civitta, an international management consulting, funding and digital solutions company with 750+ colleagues across 20+ countries, is looking for a Consultant in Albania. You will work in cross-border teams on projects funded by international donors such as the EU, World Bank and EBRD, supporting governments in economic development and institutional strengthening. The position is offered under a B2B contract with a competitive hourly rate set according to experience and qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement consulting projects effectively
• Help prepare technical proposals for public tenders (requests for proposals and expressions of interest)
• Research industry, competitors and clients to provide actionable insights
• Track donor-funded projects in Albania
• Develop training materials and presentations for clients
• Coordinate with other consultants so projects stay within timelines and budgets
• Maintain regular contact with clients and keep them informed
• Follow company policies and recommend improvements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, economics, finance, social sciences); Master's degree is a plus
• Proven experience writing and/or implementing projects
• Fluency in English and Albanian; additional languages are a plus
• Prior consulting experience is a plus
• Experience on climate and infrastructure projects is a strong advantage
