About the role
Kaso SHPK, based on Rruga e Kosovarëve in Tirana, is looking for an experienced Construction Engineer to lead and closely monitor the implementation of its projects.
Key responsibilities
- Manage projects across technical, financial and administrative dimensions, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Supervise on‑site work, control quality, and coordinate staff and contractors.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, work reports and technical dossiers.
- Represent the company before relevant authorities and ensure compliance with technical safety standards and regulations.
Required profile
- University degree in Engineering (Construction, Civil or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles (Technical Manager or Implementation Engineer).
- Professional license in implementation (mandatory for this position).
Required skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
- Strong command of MS Office.
