Business Development Manager – Overseas Manpower & Immigration

About the role

Trivial Chapter is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow its employer network for overseas manpower and immigration services across Europe, starting from Albania. You will leverage existing contacts and market outreach to identify hiring opportunities and secure international recruitment mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire employers with overseas manpower hiring needs and build long‑term relationships.
• Generate new business opportunities through your network and proactive market outreach.
• Conduct meetings to understand workforce requirements, volumes, skill sets and timelines.
• Secure hiring mandates, work‑permit opportunities and international deployment contracts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of manpower deployment.
• Achieve agreed business targets while maintaining high employer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in employer acquisition, staffing, international recruitment, overseas manpower or immigration services.
• Hands‑on experience in overseas manpower recruitment and immigration‑related business development.
• Strong employer connections in Albania and/or other European countries.
• Proven track record of closing manpower hiring requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
