Bartender – Luxury Beachfront Hotel

About the role

The Bartender will create high‑quality beverages and deliver an engaging, welcoming bar experience for guests of a luxury beachfront hotel on the Albanian Riviera. The role contributes directly to guest satisfaction and the hotel’s reputation for responsible hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and brand standards.
• Welcome guests professionally, recommend beverages, promote specials and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and hygiene of the bar area, equipment and storage spaces.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and ensure proper stock control of bar supplies.
• Support bar setup for events, special functions and comply with health, safety and alcohol service policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wines.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
