Arkitekt/e Zbatimi Palasë – Himarë

About the role

We are looking for an experienced architect to supervise the construction of a palace‑type building in Himarë. The professional will ensure that the architectural design is faithfully executed on site and that all details meet the approved plans.

Key responsibilities

• Check the consistency between architectural and structural drawings (dimensions, levels, axes, element thicknesses).
• Verify on‑site that the form, openings, heights and structural elements follow the approved design.
• Identify discrepancies, propose solutions and coordinate revisions with designers.
• Supervise the implementation of the architectural project, ensuring correct details and finishes.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors and field teams and control compliance with specifications.
• Provide solutions for changes or issues that arise during construction.
• Participate in inspections, monitor progress and report on quality.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum five years of experience in construction projects and site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of architectural details and building materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with SketchUp or similar 3D modelling tools.
