About the role
The Architect is responsible for designing, coordinating and monitoring architectural projects through all development and implementation phases, ensuring compliance with functional, technical, aesthetic and legal requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project planning and architectural design phases for complex and multifunctional projects.
- Coordinate architectural work with structural, MEP and construction teams to ensure alignment with the definitive project.
- Prepare technical documentation, drawings and specifications for tender processes.
- Supervise on‑site implementation, monitor progress, quality and conformity with the design.
- Oversee junior architects and graphic designers, ensuring project requirements are met.
Required profile
- Completed higher education in Architecture (Bachelor + Master).
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a construction company.
- Experience with complex, multifunctional projects.
- Good command of English and Italian.
Required skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Proficient in Revit.
