AML Support – Retail Operations

About the role

Flutter is seeking an AML Support professional to join its Retail Operations team. You will be responsible for the administrative management of retail‑related anti‑money‑laundering activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all documentation and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all administrative tasks related to retail AML operations, from opening to closing cases.
• Verify and process documentation required for retail AML procedures.
• Handle inbound and outbound telephone communications, providing timely support.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to streamline operational workflows.

Required profile

• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Customer‑focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic business environment.
• High integrity when handling sensitive information.
• Fluent in Italian (C1 level or higher) – both written and spoken.
