AML Support – Retail Operations

About the role

We are looking for an AML Support professional to join our Retail Operations team at Flutter. In this position you will ensure the smooth administrative handling of retail‑related anti‑money‑laundering processes, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance and high‑quality service for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all administrative activities linked to retail operations, from opening to closure of cases.
• Handle and verify documentation required for retail AML procedures.
• Process administrative requests, maintain records and oversee operational workflows.
• Provide inbound and outbound telephone support for retail‑related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate data and ensure compliance with internal policies and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to optimise operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently, prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on high‑quality support.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.
• High level of integrity and responsibility when handling sensitive information.
• Excellent command of Italian (C1 level or higher).
