About the role
We are looking for native or fluent Tosk Albanian speakers to help improve AI speech recognition systems. You will listen to audio recordings and accurately transcribe spoken content while preserving meaning and context.
Key responsibilities
- Listen to audio clips in Tosk Albanian and produce precise written transcripts.
- Maintain correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting according to guidelines.
- Identify and correct missing words, misheard phrases, and transcription errors.
- Handle challenging audio with background noise or unclear speech using prescribed procedures.
- Follow project‑specific transcription standards to ensure consistency and high quality.
Required profile
- Native or fluent proficiency in Tosk Albanian and English.
- Strong listening comprehension and attention to detail.
- Excellent written language skills, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
Required skills
- Audio transcription experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with speech recognition or data annotation tasks (preferred).
