About the role
We are looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to own, build and run an AI‑focused startup as a Co‑Founder and Chief Commercial Officer. The position is fully remote and you will be directly employed by the programme while you develop your venture.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the creation and scaling of an AI startup, targeting €100M+ in revenue.
- Iterate the product to achieve product‑market‑fit and build a sales and marketing engine.
- Participate in weekly 1:1 sparring sessions with unicorn founders and receive intensive coaching for fundraising.
Required profile
- Based in Europe or the Americas (or willing to relocate).
- Ready to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €1B+ valuation.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
