Advisory Associate – Transaction Services (Italian)

About the role

Deloitte Albania is looking for an Advisory Associate to join its Transaction Services team within the Italian Department. You will support financial due diligence engagements for international companies and develop expertise in Deloitte’s methodology and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of Deloitte Transaction Services approach, methodology and tools.
• Perform financial statement analysis and conduct due‑diligence work for international clients.
• Prepare work files and analyses summarising historical and current business performance.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to gain autonomy and technical know‑how.
• Deliver high‑quality output within agreed deadlines.

Required profile

• Academic or professional background in Finance and Accounting with knowledge of financial statements and reporting.
• Good command of English; Italian language knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Results‑oriented, proactive and rigorous approach.
• Ability to work in a multicultural team, manage multiple tasks and learn from experienced colleagues.
