About the role
Optika Luani is looking for a full‑time sales associate to work on‑site in its Tirana store. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their visual needs and recommending the most suitable frames, lenses and accessories.
Key responsibilities
- Guide customers through the sales process, from product presentation to final purchase.
- Maintain and organise the sales floor, ensuring displays are attractive and well‑stocked.
- Provide clear information on technical features, pricing and promotions.
- Handle basic cash‑register tasks and record sales transactions.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills with a strong focus on listening to client needs.
- At least a short experience in retail sales, able to work towards sales targets.
- Quick learner, able to acquire new product knowledge rapidly.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Required skills
- Proficiency with basic computer programs for sales recording.
