Account Manager – Southwest Albania

About the role

Hilti is looking for an Account Manager to cover the southwest region of Albania. You will own a portfolio of construction customers, build strong relationships and drive sales of Hilti’s innovative tools and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily face‑to‑face relationships with customers to identify business opportunities.
• Plan and execute a time‑and‑territory schedule to maximise visits to job sites and client offices.
• Present Hilti’s products and provide high‑level technical consultations as the brand champion in the region.
• Record all customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce for accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing sales role; construction industry background is a plus.
• Motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Hands‑on attitude with the ability to demonstrate tools on site.
• Valid driver’s licence; engineering qualification or construction experience preferred but not mandatory.
