About the role
The company is seeking a Technical Installer to join its field sales team in Tirana. The position involves visiting customers, promoting telecom services, and performing installations while enjoying a flexible schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to prospective and existing customers across Tirana.
- Present and sell telecom products and services, meeting daily sales targets.
- Perform basic installation tasks for telecom equipment as required.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to develop strategies for market growth.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to work independently in the field.
- Ability to manage a flexible working schedule.
- Motivation to achieve high sales performance.
