Structural Engineer

About the role

The Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing and analyzing steel, concrete, and metal structures for residential, civil, and industrial projects. The role involves collaborating closely with architects, civil engineers, site managers, and technicians to support safe, cost‑effective, and constructible solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform structural calculations for steel, concrete, and metal structures.
• Prepare and review structural drawings and 3D models.
• Ensure designs comply with Eurocode and local standards.
• Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, site managers, and technicians.
• Participate in site visits and construction supervision.
• Solve technical problems during project execution.
• Support cost‑effective and constructible solutions.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in structural and civil engineering with experience in building and infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and calculations according to Eurocode or equivalent standards.
• Hands‑on experience with CAD tools for structural detailing and modeling.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Previous experience working on‑site in construction environments.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Albanian knowledge is a plus.
