About the role

We are looking for a Senior Specialist to lead the Retail KYC (Know Your Customer) function within our Retail division. The role focuses on high‑risk client oversight, data quality, and AML compliance across individual and SME segments.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure AML and reporting requirements are applied correctly across Retail and branch networks, including system configuration, internal rules, procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client data, performing periodic risk‑based reviews and ad‑hoc updates for Retail customers.
• Conduct quality control of selected client portfolios and files, providing opinions and assessments for individual and SME segments.
• Perform regular KYC monitoring and periodic reviews, automating data collection where possible.
• Collaborate with AML, Retail segment management, IT and other related structures, and provide training and support to branches on KYC processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in AML and KYC processes within a banking environment.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities, with good communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, well‑organized, systematic and discreet.
• Fluent English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to create professional presentations (PowerPoint or similar).
• Strong command of standard computer applications and office software.
