Short-Term Rental Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Short‑Term Rental (STR) Virtual Assistant to support our growing portfolio of vacation rentals in the Smoky Mountains. This remote, full‑time position will help ensure smooth daily operations, excellent guest experiences, and optimal property performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of STR properties, including guest communications, check‑ins/check‑outs, and special requests.
• Monitor reservations, calendars, and dynamic pricing across Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com.
• Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance vendors, and inspectors to keep properties in top condition.
• Process maintenance tickets, follow up until completion, and keep listings accurate and optimized.
• Prepare owner reports and handle owner communications.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing STR properties in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, or Sevierville, TN.
• Strong knowledge of the Smoky Mountains vacation‑rental market and local regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office.
• Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
