About the role

The University “Luarasi” is recruiting two full‑time academic staff members for the Finance‑Banking and Economics departments of the Faculty of Economics for the 2025‑2026 academic year. The position involves teaching Bachelor and Master programmes, conducting research, and contributing to curriculum development.

Key responsibilities

Deliver lectures and tutorials in subjects covered by the Finance‑Banking or Economics department.
Prepare and implement lesson plans, course materials and assessment tools.
Carry out scholarly research and publish findings in the fields of finance or economics.
Supervise bachelor and master theses and provide academic guidance to students.
Participate actively in departmental and university research projects.

Required profile

Albanian citizenship with full civil capacity.
Minimum MSc degree in Economics, Finance or a related field; PhD preferred.
At least two years of professional experience in teaching or research.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
No criminal record or ongoing investigations and satisfactory health condition.
