About the role

The University “Luarasi” is seeking a qualified professional to lead the Business Administration Department and to serve as Lecturer or Assistant Lecturer in the Faculty of Economics. The role combines academic leadership, teaching, research and student supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Business Administration Department, ensuring academic quality and efficiency.
• Deliver lectures and tutorials in Finance, Banking, Business Administration and Economics.
• Develop curricula, lesson plans and academic programs in line with university standards.
• Conduct research projects and publish findings in the fields of finance, business management and economics.
• Supervise bachelor and master theses, providing academic guidance to students.
• Participate actively in departmental and university scientific activities and projects.

Required profile

• Albanian citizenship with full civil capacity.
• Hold a PhD (Doctor of Sciences) in Economics.
• Minimum three years of experience as an internal university lecturer.
• Proven ability to guarantee teaching quality and efficiency.
• Strong teamwork and professional communication skills.
• No criminal record and not under investigation.
• Good health and ability to work in a group environment.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
