About the role
We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to serve as the link between our tour guides, operations team, and travelers, ensuring smooth and memorable travel experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and select tour guides
- Organize and monitor daily tours
- Manage schedules, guides, and operational details
- Communicate with customers, guides, drivers, and partners
- Resolve issues quickly to keep tours running smoothly
Required profile
- Organized and detail‑oriented
- Excellent communicator
- Fluent in English
- Passionate about travel and tourism
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment
- Familiarity with Albania and the Balkans is a plus
