Listing Coordinator – Short‑Term Rental Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Listing Coordinator to manage and optimise property listings on major short‑term rental platforms. The role combines property‑marketing, SEO, and coordination with operations to maximise occupancy and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and optimise listings on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and other channels.
• Write compelling, SEO‑friendly titles and descriptions that attract bookings.
• Maintain accurate information on amenities, pricing, availability, house rules and policies.
• Organise and enhance property photos, captions and listing order for better conversion.
• Collaborate with operations and property‑management teams to ensure listings reflect the actual property.
• Monitor performance metrics such as views, conversion rates and booking trends.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase visibility and occupancy.
• Conduct competitor and market research to stay ahead of trends.
• Troubleshoot listing issues and liaise with platform support when needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in short‑term rentals, Airbnb, property management or listing management.
• Strong written English and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines independently.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com.
• Familiarity with PMS/channel‑manager tools such as Hostaway, Guesty, Hostfully or Lodgify.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and listing optimisation principles.
• Experience with revenue‑management tools like PriceLabs (optional).
• Basic photo‑editing skills using Canva or similar tools (optional).
