Italian‑Speaking Virtual Assistant for Short‑Term Rentals

About the role

We are seeking an Italian‑speaking Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of our short‑term rental portfolio. The role involves managing guest communications, coordinating property services, and ensuring a seamless experience for both guests and owners.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries, booking requests, and check‑in/check‑out questions in Italian and English via Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, email and messaging platforms.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and other property‑related services.
• Monitor reservations, calendars, availability and keep guest information up to date.
• Assist with listing updates, pricing adjustments and property information.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established short‑term rental operational procedures.
• Track reviews and guest feedback, escalating issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken Italian and English.
• Previous experience in short‑term rentals, property management, hospitality or guest services.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and handle flexible hours, including weekends.
