Gymnastics Instructor

About the role

The Little Gym is seeking enthusiastic Gymnastics Instructors to lead fun, movement‑based classes for children aged 4 months to 12 years. You will work in a vibrant, family‑friendly environment where each day is filled with play, learning, and active engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver age‑appropriate gymnastics classes for Parent‑Child, Pre‑K, and Grade School programs using The Little Gym’s proven curriculum.
• Create a warm, safe, and encouraging atmosphere that promotes confidence and skill development.
• Provide excellent customer service, fostering strong relationships with both children and their parents.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring all equipment is safe and ready for use.
• Participate in ongoing training to continuously improve instructional techniques.

Required profile

• Passion for working with children and a love of active, playful learning.
• Ability to treat each class as a fresh, exciting experience for every child.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Required skills

• Prior gymnastics experience (required for Grade School program).
