Event Manager

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Event Manager to join our client service team. You will own the full lifecycle of client events and BTL (below‑the‑line) activations, from concept development through to on‑site execution.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare strategic documents such as contracts, budgets, BTL strategies and project plans.
• Implement projects, monitor progress and ensure alignment with client briefs.
• Set clear goals and deadlines for each phase and report status, results and timelines.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, negotiate pricing and manage production of BTL materials.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting solutions and attending client meetings.
• Participate in new project initiatives and manage assigned resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or Business (preferred).
• 2‑5 years of experience in events, BTL or account management with BTL exposure.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong negotiation and organizational abilities.
