Data Analyst – Business Insights & Visualization

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst who will turn complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will partner with various business teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to uncover meaningful trends.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and interactive visualisations using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Define and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) for multiple projects and products.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Provide guidance and training to teams on data tools, insights, and best practices.
• Support operational teams in making fast, high‑quality decisions through data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Commercial Analyst or a similar role.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to conceptualise, develop and maintain clear visualisations.
• Product‑aware, data‑driven attitude and passion for delivering the best data experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Microsoft Power BI or comparable data visualisation tools.
• Tableau (or similar platforms).
• Databricks.
• SQL.
• DAX.
• Semantic modelling.
