Business Operations & Reporting Analyst

About the role

Join Deloitte’s Albanian team as a Business Operations & Reporting Analyst, turning data into actionable insights while supporting key business functions. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure data quality and deliver clear performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare sales, pipeline, and performance reports.
• Manage and improve data quality across multiple sources.
• Coordinate with marketing, finance, and alliance teams.
• Support marketing and funding tracking activities.
• Create PowerPoint reports, summaries, and business updates.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and operational follow‑ups.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in PMO, reporting, analytics, or business operations.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM systems and/or Power BI is a plus.
