Advisory Associate (Valuation & Modeling)

About the role

Deloitte Albania is seeking an Advisory Associate to support valuation and financial modeling engagements. The role offers exposure to Deloitte's valuation methodology, tools, and a variety of client projects across industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of Deloitte's valuation approach and apply it to client assignments.
• Prepare work files, financial summaries, and analyses of historical, current, and projected performance.
• Gather and synthesize industry information from research sources, trade publications, and analyst reports.
• Discuss valuation assumptions and results with clients, delivering interim and final outcomes.
• Conduct financial and economic analyses using Deloitte databases and public information.
• Build individual modules of financial models, proposals, and sales pitches.
• Assist in drafting reports, including tables, exhibits, and charts.
• Research market issues and identify opportunities.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields.
• Fresh graduate or 1‑2 years of experience in financial advisory, valuation, modeling or financial controlling.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of valuation methods such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and multiples.
• Familiarity with VBA and SQL (advantageous).
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and Outlook.
