About the role
We are looking for a motivated Technical Installer to join our field sales team in Tirana. The position involves promoting and selling telecom services directly to customers, with the freedom to set your own working hours.
Key responsibilities
- Visit residential and business locations to present telecom products and services.
- Demonstrate equipment installation procedures and explain technical benefits.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and generate revenue through commissions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self‑motivated with a willingness to work independently in the field.
- Ability to manage a flexible schedule and travel within the Tirana area.
