About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Virtual Assistant to join our call centre team. This entry‑level position offers on‑the‑job training and a minimum nine‑month commitment, allowing you to develop sales and customer‑service skills from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls following provided scripts.
Resolve customer issues, document interactions and follow internal procedures.
Maintain a quiet, professional work environment during calls.
Collaborate with the team to meet performance targets and attend scheduled training sessions.

Required profile

Strong communication and basic computer abilities.
Fluent English, both spoken and written.
Reliable, coachable and able to adhere to a strict training attendance policy.
Commitment to a full‑time schedule of 5 days a week, 8‑9 hours per day.
