Process Flow Specialist – Back Office

About the role

As a Process Flow Specialist you will support Enpal’s operational and sales processes from a back‑office perspective. You will prepare documentation, maintain CRM data and ensure high data‑quality standards across multiple systems. The role is ideal for detail‑oriented candidates comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare sales documents, presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Create and manage contracts, including PDF generation and online signatures.
• Maintain and transfer data across CRM systems such as Salesforce and Pipedrive.
• Perform data quality checks and ensure information accuracy.
• Support internal teams with administrative and operational tasks.
• Document and manage process flows, identifying inconsistencies and suggesting improvements.

Required profile

• Good English skills (German is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work accurately with large data sets.
• Graduation in AI or related field.
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
