About the role
Join Marriott International’s Hotel Internship Program and gain hands‑on experience in hotel operations across Europe. As a university student you will be immersed in the day‑to‑day activities of a leading hospitality brand, exploring various departments and discovering your career path in the travel industry.
The program is designed to complement your classroom studies, offering exposure to the culture, business practices, and service standards that define Marriott’s global presence. Interns rotate through different areas of the hotel, learning from leaders who started their careers in similar roles.
