Expert Sourcing and Recruitment Consultant

About the role

NTU International is seeking a motivated Expert Sourcing and Recruitment Consultant to support its growing portfolio of EU‑funded and international development projects. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and managing expert talent across a variety of thematic areas.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the specific requirements of EU‑funded projects, including thematic focus, expertise level, and geographic scope.
• Source and shortlist experts for current and future projects using platforms such as LinkedIn, Devex, DevelopmentAid, and specialist databases.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with selected experts, ensuring compliance with EC framework contracts.
• Coordinate communication between experts and internal project teams during proposal development.
• Prepare and review expert CVs and related documentation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Management, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting experts for EU, World Bank, ADB, or EIB funded tenders.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and prepare high‑quality CVs.
• Familiarity with European Commission framework contracts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English (C1 level); French is a plus.
