SMS/Email Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an SMS/Email Marketing Specialist to plan, launch and optimise direct‑marketing campaigns across email, SMS and other messaging channels. The position is ideal for a junior marketer with 1‑2 years of digital‑marketing experience who wants to deepen expertise in CRM, lifecycle marketing and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch and manage email, SMS and direct‑messaging campaigns, including audience segmentation and tracking.
• Create campaign flows, message sequences, links and UTM parameters, and perform quality‑assurance checks before launch.
• Monitor performance metrics such as delivery, open, click‑through, conversion and revenue, and flag optimisation opportunities.
• Support A/B testing of content, timing, offers and audience segments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team, external platform partners and vendors to improve customer journeys.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of digital‑marketing experience, preferably with email or SMS campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail when handling audiences, links and tracking.
• Good written communication and copywriting skills for short‑form messages.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and learn new tools quickly.

Required skills

• Experience with email/SMS platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Braze, ManyChat, Chatfuel, WhatsApp Business or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with messaging channels like Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, WhatsApp and chatbot solutions.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, UTM tracking and conversion tracking.
