Senior Art Director – On-site, Tirana

About the role

Tribal Worldwide Albania is seeking a Senior Art Director to shape visual direction, produce strong design work, and guide a creative team through delivery. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will lead brand identity, design, photography and video projects on a hands‑on basis.

Key responsibilities

• Translate briefs and Creative Director guidance into clear visual concepts and finished designs.
• Develop brand identities and consistent visual systems across all applications.
• Direct photography and video shoots, including preparation, on‑set attendance and feedback on final material.
• Assign, review and approve design work, providing clear feedback while maintaining creative standards.
• Present and explain visual decisions to clients when required.
• Ensure quality, meet deadlines, organise files and complete handovers.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of professional experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio that clearly shows visual direction, brand identity work and hands‑on design contributions.
• Professional command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Excellent typography, composition and visual judgment.
• Ability to supervise designers and communicate feedback clearly.
• Native‑level Albanian and professional proficiency in English.
