About the role

The Deputy Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading a retail outlet, ensuring sales targets are met while maintaining high standards of customer service. This position combines team leadership, operational planning, and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, support and motivate the entire store team to achieve set sales goals.
• Organise daily work for yourself and the team, ensuring efficient store operations.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service.
• Continuously analyse sales data and report results.
• Respond effectively to non‑standard situations.
• Provide direct support to the Store Manager.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Minimum two years of experience managing a team.
• Motivation and a positive attitude toward daily challenges.
• Proven ability to organise personal and team work.
• At least one year of experience in a similar deputy manager role.
• Capability to work under time pressure.
