About the role

The company is looking for a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager in running a Dealz retail outlet. You will help drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and lead a team of store employees.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, support and motivate the entire store team to achieve sales targets.
• Organise daily work for yourself and the team, ensuring efficient store operations.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service.
• Analyse sales data, prepare reports and act on the results.
• Handle non‑standard situations quickly and effectively.
• Provide direct support to the Store Manager in all operational matters.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Minimum two years of experience managing a team.
• At least one year in a similar deputy or assistant store manager role.
• Motivation and a positive attitude toward daily challenges.
• Ability to organise work for yourself and the team.
• Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
